1. Bid #HWY-1869 — Six Month (6) Non-Encumbered Contract for Road Oils, Emulsions and Sealants for the County Commissioners. The bid term will be from September 7, 2018 through March 6, 2019.

1. Bid #COM-1863 — Concrete Contractor to set forms, leveling and finishing of concrete for a new Maintenance Building.

2. Bid #COM-1864 — Construction Contractor for the new Maintenance Building located in the South Parking Lot at 122 E Eufaula, Norman, OK.

3. Bid #HD-1865 — The purchase and delivery of two (2) Rapid Shelter Systems for the Cleveland County Health Department.

4. Bid #COM-1866 — The purchase and installation of a new Access Control System for various locations in Cleveland County.

5. Bid #COM-1867 — The purchase and installation of Access Control Gates for various locations in Cleveland County.

6. Bid #HWY-1868 — Six month (6) Non-Encumbered Contract for Tires and Tubes. The bid term will be from September 5, 2018 through March 4, 2019.

Proposed modifications to the County Clerk’s Office on the 2nd Floor installing a wall with a window and door in the back of the County Clerk’s Office to improve efficiency for the affected spaces. Cost not to exceed $5,700.00.

The following items, F2 — E7 are Consent Items and are routine in nature

Amendment #4 of Agreement between Cleveland County Commissioners and Institute for Building Technology and Safety for Administration of CDBG Program extending the end date to April 30, 2019.

Memorandum of Agreement between Cleveland County Health Department and Cleveland County Commissioners for the purpose of Emergency Dispensing and/or Administration of Medical Countermeasures. This agreement is for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 and will be automatically renewed for a period of 3 year increments, contingent upon an annual review.

Claim Form ODOT 324a/ Payment for Parcel 37 in the amount of $3.250.00 to be paid to Pinnacle Consulting for secure acquisitions on Project 3 11209(04) 156th Ave.

Application of Permit by Windstream to bore Moffat Rd and place new phone service to 10152 Moffat Rd.

Review, Audit, Approve or Disallow Blanket Purchase Orders submitted. A report will be available for distribution at the meeting or may be obtained from the County Clerk.

Review, Audit, and approve or disallow claims for Payment of Personal Services, Travel, maintenance & Operations, and Capital Outlay. A report will be available for distribution at the meeting or may be obtained from the County Clerk.
