Bid #SHE-1856 — One-year (1) Non-Encumbered Contract for Inmate & Detention Supplies for Cleveland County. The bid term will be from July l, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

Bid #SHE-1857 — One-year (1) Non-Encumbered Contract for Jail Supplies for

Cleveland County. The bid term will be from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

Bid #HWY-1858 — Six (6) month Non-Encumbered contract for Bulk Oils, Lubricants & Antifreeze for the County Commissioners. The bid term will be from July 22, 2018 through January 21, 2019.

2. Annual Maintenance Agreement between the Cleveland County Treasurer and

One Source Managed Services for service on (1) Konica Minolta Bizhub C360,

(1) Konica Minolta Bizhub C364, (2) Hewlett Packard LJ M602X, (10) Konica

Minolta Bizhub C364E to include B/W Images billed at $0.008 each and color images billed at $0.055 each and all HP images are billed at $0.017 each for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

3. Standard Service Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners on behalf of Cleveland County District #2 and ImageNet for service on (1) Samsung CLX-8640ND to include all parts, labor, drums, networking, toner and staples. B/W images will be billed at $.022425 and color images will be billed at $.092 for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

4. Annual Cylinder Lease Renewal between Cleveland County District #1 and Lampton Welding Supply for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 in

the amount of $1648.90.

5. Contract Renewal between Cleveland County District #2 and Eureka for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 for the purchase of 5 gallon Ozarka water billed at $6.20 each.

6. Annual Cylinder Lease Contract between Cleveland County District #3 and James Supplies for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. District #3 will lease 20 cylinders at a rate of $46.00 per cylinder for a total of $920.00.

7. Accept the request of Retired Deputy Barbara McSwain as having a Retired Commission to be able to bear arms and carry a retired law enforcement badge.

8. Contract between Cleveland County Commissioners on behalf of the Cleveland County Sheriffs Department and Legacy Inmate Communications providing inmate phone service at the Cleveland County Detention Center for the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

9. Service Agreement between Cleveland County Sheriffs Department and WCA

(Waste Corporation of Oklahoma) to provide solid waste pickup in the amount of

$49.00 per month at Operations/Field Services, 10501 S. HWY 77 in Slaughterville OK for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

10. Contract between Cleveland County Board of County Commissioners on behalf of the Cleveland County Sheriffs Department and Summit Food Service, LLC to provide Inmate Food, Laundry and Commissary Services for the Cleveland

County Detention Center for the period July 1 , 2018 through June 30, 2019.

11. FY2019 Contract Renewal of FY 2017 (2nd of 2 option years) between

Cleveland County Board of Commissioners on behalf of the Cleveland County Sheriffs Department and Office of Juvenile Affairs to provide Detention Transportation for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

12. Annual Maintenance Agreement Renewal between the Cleveland County Fairgrounds and Eureka Water Company for water delivery at $6.20 per 5 gallon bottle of water effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

13. Service Agreement between Cleveland County Fairgrounds and Del Nero

Communications Management for a 4 Mbps Plan at an annual rate of $1 ,020.00.

14. Commercial Service Agreement between Cleveland County Fairgrounds and Schendel Pest Services for monthly pest control at a monthly rate of $42.00 for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

15. Maintenance Agreement between Cleveland County Fairgrounds and

OneSource for service on (1) Konica Minolta Bizhub C364 to include parts, labor, drum and supplies. B/W copies will be billed at $ .008 per image and

Color will be billed at $ .055 for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

16. Contract Renewal between Cleveland County Election Board and OneSource to provide service on a (1) Bizhub C360 to include all parts, labor, drum and supplies. B/W images are billed at $.00781 and color images are billed at $.0539 per image for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

17. Annual Maintenance Agreement Renewal between the Cleveland County Election Board and Eureka Water Company for water delivery at $6.20 per 5 gallon bottle of water effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

18. Maintenance Agreement between Cleveland County Election Board and Oklahoma Copier Solutions for service on (1) Sharp MX5500 to include parts, labor, drums, toner and staples. B/W copies will be billed at $ .0095 per image and Color will be billed at $ .058 for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

19. Cooperative Extension Services Contractual Agreement between Oklahoma State University acting for and on behalf of its Cooperative Extension Service and the United Stated Department of Agriculture and Cleveland County Board of Commissioners for the fiscal year 2018-2019.

20. Notice of Appointment of Ruth Allard to be added as a Requesting Officer for the OSU Extension Center on the following accounts: El A, El C, E2, E3, and

21. Estimate of Repairs to Cleveland County District #1 Bomag (D346-12) from Yellowhouse Machinery Co in the amount of $21 ,959.61. This replaces the $18,000.00 estimate that was approved May 14, 2018.

23. Cooperative Agreement between Cleveland County Board of County

Commissioners and Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry Wildlife Services Division for the period July 1, 2018 through June 3(), 2019 in the amount of $2,400.00 as Cleveland County’s contribution to the cooperative Wildlife Services program for expenses incurred conducting wildlife damage management activities.

24. Annual Detention Contract between Cleveland County Commissioners and

CommunityWorks operating the Cleveland County Regional Juvenile Detention Center (Couch) for juvenile detention services at a rate of $24.34 per child per day for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

25. Annual Detention Contract between Cleveland County Commissioners and

CommunityWorks operating the Pottawatomie County Juvenile Detention Center (Carter Hall) for juvenile detention services at a rate of $24.34 per child per day for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.
