4. Consider approval of Land and Right-of-Way Acquisition Service Agreement by and between Pinnacle
Consulting Management Group, Inc. and the Board of Comanche County Commissioners for professional
land and right-of-way consulting services provided by Pinnacle. For Post Oak Creek Project J/P
#29363(04) located in Comanche County District #3.
5. Consider approval of Purchase Contracts between the Board of County Commissioners and Oklahoma
Department of Transportation for Lease Purchase of Two (2) 10-Wheel Dump Trucks utilizing State
Contract Sw035T and SW106 through the Cow1ty Road Machinery and Equipment Revolving Fund for
District
#!.
6. Consider approval of an Agreement and Proof oflnsurance for Wetherbee Electrical, Inc. for the
upgrade of an Intercom Monitoring System integrated with existing door locking system at the
Comanche County Regional Juvenile Detention Center.
7. Consider approval of a Resolution designating Wetherbee Electrical, Inc. and its Sub-Contractors
as agents for the County for the purposes of purchasing materials and tangible personal property to
be used for the upgrade of an Intercom Monitoring System integrated with existing door locking
system at the Comanche County Regional Juvenile Detention Center.
8. Consider approval of Encumbrance from General Contingencies Fund in the amount of $30,380.00 to
Wetherbee Electrical, Inc. for the awarded Bid #WB04 for an Intercom Monitoring System integrated
with existing door locking system at the Comanche County Regional Juvenile Detention Center.
9. Consider Awarding Written Bid #WB05 – Remove and replace existing fence for the Sheriffs Motor
Pool/Maintenance Shop.

CONSENT AGENDA: The following items arc considered to be Routine by the Board of Commissioners and
will be enacted with one motion. Should discussion be desired on an item, that item will be removed
from the Consent Agenda prior to action and considered separately.

A. Consider approval of Correction Transcript Deed from the Commissioners Sale held on April 10,
2017. Name listed on Deed is incorrect.
B. Consider approval or Resolution for Disposing of Equipment, Bead Breaker Tires, to be junked
from District #3.
C. Consider approval of a County Utility Permit from AEP-PSO to lay a line along or across the
following route: Beginning at the existing pole located at 15443 NW Cache Road, extend the overhead
primary pole line approximately 500 feet west, along the south side of NW Cache Road to the new
residential lot at 15525 NW Cache Road. Three new poles and three anchors will be installed on
south road’s edge to benefit the County.
D. Consider approval of Officials Monthly Reports.
E. Consider approval of Requests for Appropriations and Transfe’rs for Appropriations.
F. Consider approval of Blanket Purchase Orders.
G. Consider approval of Overages on Blanket Purchase Orders.
H. Consider approval of Claims and Purchase Orders for payment.
